Release: Flox 1.3.11

We’ve just released version 1.3.11 of the Flox CLI. You can get the new release here.

Environment Upgrades

• We now notify the user if an environment has packages that have upgrades available. (This started in 1.3.10, but is more complete now).

Containerize

• Added [containerize.config] as an option to the manifest.toml for usage when running flox containerize to export an environment.
• When container export operations have errors, they are now displayed.
